I keep a tub of a mechanic's hand cleaner by the sink when I'm working with the really hot peppers. I don't work with the numbers of extremely hot peppers that you do, though, but it's something to consider.
Well, shoot, the label's come off, and I don't remember the name. It smells like oranges, and I bought it at Walmart's. Which doesn't do you much good, I realize, but perhaps you can find something comparable.
