My "Bhut" is starting to look more like bhuts. The Red ones have been on there since dec. is that bad??

Yes that's terrible! You should eat them right away! Post a vid of it!!!

Glad you're getting some action!!! Did you soak? My purples/whites were all up in 7 days...some popped in 4! My chocolate and yellows took a while. I think it was a couple weeks for the first ones to pop, and the last ones just popped after 58 days! I had actually given up on them then my last 2 yellows decided to join the party??? Be patient and things will start to move...
Shane

Oh, man, GT, your plants just look fabulous. Your
germ rates are over the top, too. I'm only the teeniest
bit jealous ;) I always enjoy your pics!

Haha Shane I may have to work my way up the Scoville ladder before I jump into supers. But I can't wait to have my first face melting super. Once the others turn I was going to make some Hot Sauce but I will be posting some pepper tasting soon. Promise. Also I never soak my seeds. I don't know just never have. I'm a big fan of the burpee self watering seed starting kit. Its worked very well with my heat mat.

Screw it I may eat one of the supers tomorrow. I just have to work up the nerve. (And buy a gallon of milk.... I'm just running low... Don't judge me.)

Thanks PG. Thanks for keeping up with my grow. Can't wait to start showing off pictures of my harvests. :D

All the cool kids are doing it! I use the same seed starting kit. I don't think AJ soaks his seeds either, and he knows what he's doing. I know that it has worked for me at least in the seed helmet category. Sounds like a great experiment for next season...one tray pre-soaked and one not. Good luck on your super test. Don't do it on account of me. If you're not ready for it, it will suck, but if you are ready for it, it will still suck.

Alright time for some Pod Pron... Hope you enjoy.

photo86.jpg

A very very small pods to start with... This is a Sweet Banana Pepper. Lots of buds are coming.

photo83.jpg

This is a very fast growing Orange Habanero with a smaller one coming in just under it to the left.
Its also growing straight up.

photo82.jpg

Another small Orange Hab. With many buds coming as well.

photo81.jpg

3 Cayennes. I know what you're thinking those are huge...

photo80.jpg

When I back up you can tell just how small it really is. Theres another pepper hiding behind the leaves.

photo85.jpg

And I wish peppers where like these. Look at all those buds.

Well thanks for looking at all my pics. Hope you enjoyed.

Always great looking at your stuff. GT. Then I go in the
garage and beat myself with a stick cuz I can't bring
myself to whip the peppers into shape :D I guess they
will just move in their own time! Keep up the good work, bro!

Nice! I almost yanked a few of my Cayennes green today just to finally eat something out of my garden this season! Keep it up man, looking really good!

I know exactly what you mean. I've been fighting that urge all season so far.

Thanks PG. From what I've seen of your grow I'll be the jealous one soon.

Alright so these guys were pretty pissed they where not involved in the photoshoot.

Story time:

Whilst walking through my yard looking at all my plants and checking on my pods I noticed something. I looked upon one of my smaller Hot Mix peppers that was in its red solo cup and noticed it had a few small holes in its leaves. So I took a knee to get a closer look. After just a few moments I found the culprit. It looked to be a small Hornworm. So I picked him up with a near by stick and lifted him up in a way to show him to all his friend, family, and anything else that thought that my plants maybe a quick snack. Then I put him on the ground and said in a crazy yet calm voice "Bite the Curb!!!". To this he squirmed a little as to say no. So then I lost it and screamed in one of the craziest voices you have ever hear to "Bite the F***KING CURB!!!!". And in my insane state I stomped the living sh*t out of him. So hard that I think I may have cracked the landscaping stone I put him on.

God forgive me... But he asked for it.

I hope you enjoyed my story. Thanks for visiting.
