You know what they say "Absence makes the heart grow fonder" They'll taste even better when you can dine on them again.The wedding is in May. My trainer has actually increased my caloric intake but has me eating a totally different diet. While I'm her client I'm gonna do as she says, because I'm paying her big money to work me over hard. Maybe after the wedding I'll splurge on real wings again.
So how did it go? did ya lose the 20 pounds?Absolutely. I actually had a sixer at buffalo wild wings during the bball tourney. They were so amazing. But, I've also gotten used to their "naked tenders" and will probably keep feasting on those once I hit my goal weight.
ten pounds is great. i wish the bride and groom years of happinessHa! I lost 10 lbs instead of my goal of 20. Now I keep gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. I still have a way to go. I've now (very reluctantly) cut out booze, so that should help.
