In addition to the peppers and tomatoes there's red cajun okra, japanese eggplants, pears and lemon cukes.
Love these lemon cukes as they are mild and totally burpless.
We're cooking away for dinner tonight and during the week.
Those tomatoes are all Penny's Tomatoes (which I'm a partner in).
We're enjoying the black tomatoes in particular...Black Tula, Cherokee purple and Paul Robeson are all fantastic varieties.
