THP has me quite upset

A guy I work with convinced me to get a few plants and see what happens after I told him I've been wanting to grow my own peppers for a few years now.  Fully embracing the addiction lol and it's only been just over a month!  Only 3 types for now but I definitely plan on expanding my operation next season!

Oh my, I shouldn't have read this thread.  I'm seriously worried about my future and the nefarious hoard I've associated myself with at THP!

In decades of peaceful gardening I'd never ventured beyond the tranquil safety of the green bell pepper.  This year something happened to me and I bought seed and started my own pepper plants, a harmless mix of Orange Bell, Sandia, Corno de Toro, Pablomo, Black Hungarian and Lemon Drop(this was a big risk for such a hot pepper virgin as I).  A mere seventeen plants in all!

Then I discover THP and all Hell broke loose!

Now, thanks to the kind(?) generosity of several members next year I'll be growing Santa Fe Grande, Cubanelle, Tabago Seasoning, St Lucia Seasoning, several strains of Jalapeno and - hold you hats - Yellow 7 Pot and Peach Bhut.

Yellow 7 Pot and Peach Bhut!

In just two years I'll have gone from California Wonder to Satan's Doorstep!

...and I'm obsessed with reading about hot peppers (my wife thinks I'm surfing porn - I'd probably be better off!)!
...and there are at least six more strains I'm lusting to grow.  I'm afraid to mention them on THP lest someone with send me seeds.

Have a nice day!

I'm not entirely sure whether this is an addiction or a disease.

About 2 years ago, on a whim, I took about 5 cayenne seeds and dropped them in a blue planter on my front porch.
The following year, I bought seeds from pepper joe and started an habanero and 4 ghost pepper plants...
This year, I found THP, I had started with about 10 plants...but then wanted more and more varieties. As of now, I have an entire backyard (small) full of containers and tiny little spots with peppers in-ground.
My current list (incomplete):
Carolina reapers x 4
Ghost pepper x 4
Choc bhut
Fatali (3 kinds)
BTTS x 2
Black pearl
Chiltipin
Black stinger x 2
Moruga scorpion (3 kinds) ~ 6 plants
Pumpkin habanero x5
White Hab x 2
Golden Hab x 2
Black jalapeño
Birds eye x 2
Goatweed x2
Aconcagua x 2
Charleston x 2
Pepperocini x 2
Pasillo b (can't spell it) x 4
Bell peppers x 4
And I think there are some I'm forgetting, but I'm at work

This all has to fit in a tiny backyard, so I'm thinking about having my house knocked down to make more garden space for more peppers. I can live in my jeep or in a tent. I considered having the neighbors house knocked down while they were gone, but people tend to get all upset over that sort of thing, even if you agree to share your peppers.

Correction: I now have 4 plants, saw a really nice hot cayenne at work and I had to have it...but I'm ok with four now...I think...

Hahaha! I'm in the same boat. I've grown hot peppers for years and just found this place about a year ago. Ha, now I've got one hell of a tolerance and I'm growing 20 something strains of supers and and then the others i usually grow. Now I've got around 30 types all together and thousands of seeds. This place is satans playground. Lol
