Titusza1's Grow log.

Well I started some seed in Febuary. But only ended up with three plants germanating. So on March 16th my new seed order arived and was planted, a late start for here in Germany but a start none the less. Theres alot of new varities of peppers since I was first growing (about 10 years ago) I'm hoping to have a decent season this first year restarting with peppers.

Heres a short list of the varities I'm starting.

Thanks for the kind words. It seems the new seed is much better than the last batch I got. After only 5 days I have two Aji Cristal sprouting and it looks like the 7 Pot isn't far behind.

Well here we are at day ten since planting out the seeds from my second order. I've learned that the supplier of the seed is a key componet of germanation. As from this batch all the varities but Fatalii have germanated so far with fairly good rates, even though I only planted 4 seeds of each. Now I would just like them to grow a bit faster.

So after what seems like forever I had my last variety show it's head the most awaited and naturally took the longest. My Fatalii.

Thank you. It can only get better than the complete and utter failure of my first start this year, never again will I order seeds from THAT SHOP.

So for the last few days the peppers have been in and out of the house given any chance they can to get some sun from under their shade cloth. I've been able to leave them out all day most days with little to no sign of leaf burn. The youngest of the plants (all but three) are just over three weeks since they have been sown and are putting on better growth since being allowed outside.
