Ahem, not really. I am going to grill me a fat ass steak and apply liberal amount of capsaicin laden chilli products. May even have a beer or ten :)

Hmmmmm.....taking mrs. blues out to brekkie, then go buy me some shitkicker/goatroper boots and workboots, then to Bass Pro for some rain gear. 'Spose'd to
rain all week here in the big dry ditch.

In honor of the day I will also do doggy poop patrol in the back yard!
 
I wanna know who decides these things. Just doing a Google search, I've found that previous years have had International Hot and Spicy Food Day on January 21st and 15th.

You know, someday I want to have a famous dish that is referred to as "JayT's whatever" like "AJ's Red". That is awesome.
