fermenting Today's super hot Mashup

I have my first hot sauces of the season in progress.

The mash on the left is all hot paper lantern habanero's and the one on the right are all the super hots in the second photo and paper lanterns. So there are moruga's, 7 pots, bubblegums, and whatever else is in the mix. It's flipping hot!

(please identify any of the pods if you know what they are.)

You should ask the supplier if possible they should be able to give you the best answer. I see what looks like a white hab, naga viper, choc moruga, perhaps a brown bhut in there, an aji cito maybe, no clue on a couple others.....

I see what looks like an Aji Limon, a few 7 Pot Reds, and maybe a White Mystery as well.
