I had my seeds in paper towels in zip lock bags on a heat mat set at 88° somehow it got turned up and the bags were at 112° for about 12 hrs did it fry my seeds?

Only time will tell, try them out.
A couple weeks ago I set some seeds out for germination.
2 batches... all in coffee filters and paper towels and placed in zip bags.
1 batch got tossed on top of the fridge while the other got placed on my heat mats.
within a few days, the fridge batch was ready for transplant.
The heat mat bags all had the same result... no germination, and the smell like composting grass.
I'm thinking they are fried, but I'll leave them for now and restart another batch and toss them on top of the fridge.

I sprout test mine behind the wood stove and it gets quite warm back there. They should be ok.
