Used to eat there lots when I was in the states. He gave me a big box of keilbasa (spelling?) to bring back to the UK once. Good sausages served on a funky street in a restaurant with character. It's a v cool place.
Top Dog over Caspers in my book unless you want a simple hot dog. Caspers is good but fairly standard stuff.
My order at Top Dog : hotlink, add a bunch of spicy mustard (the beaver russian hot mustard with the horse radish,) add some relish and onions and you're set.
