"Top" link

Hello,
 
All the other forums I frequent have a "top" link at the bottom of every page that navigates you to the top of the page so you don't have to scroll up. It's handy because the top of the page is where all the action is. 
 
I think it would add value to this place. Maybe right next to the help link?
