Topsy Turvy: What do you think about trying to use this to grow peppers?

You are much better off planting in the ground or in five gallon buckets. I've used the topsy turveys before. Although I got a few pods of my topsy turvey plants, the in ground or bucket plants did much better. Although they are convenient and have the pods at a nice harvesting height, they dry out really quickly. I wouldn't bother with them unless you are planning on using a drip system that gives them plenty of water.

Topsy Turvey even has its own fertilizer. What's next, potting soil? I agree planting in the ground if you have the place to or five gallon buckets. Can you imagine trying to over winter a Topsy Turvey in the house??? It would be nice if they worked as well as he claims!!!

Planters are too small for any real production and you can't pot up. More of a novelty than anything. Try a site search, many members have tried these or made their own
