shopping Trader Joe's Hot Shots mixed hot pepper pack

I saw these at Trader Joe's yesterday and bought a pack, only 1.99. Heat range mild to Ghost Pepper. They were grown in a greenhouse and picked under ripe. The pod quality was good though, and a nice alternative during the winter months.

That's what I was thinking too. Although most pods underripe, I appreciate them carrying stuff like that. Good price too.

Sprouts (a hippy store not sure if its a national chain etc) have the same type of super hots in stock but they are like 6 bucks for 7-8 pods. reapers, scorpions, etc.
