Transplanting Tips Needed Please

So I have no idea how your plants will grow but I'm gonna say this - your plan seems to put them a bit too close together.
 
This is my grow currently:

 
The rows are about 3 feet apart and by the end of last season I could still just about walk down them. Your rows seem to be a foot apart so when the grow gets going, I don't think you'll have room to walk along the rows, it'll just be one huge mass of pepper plants.

Since I don't have that much place, my plants are kinda close to each others at the beginning of season ... when they start to grow well I put more distance between each of them. That is also why I never keep seeds for next year (plants being close to each other = cross pollination).
But even with that they still stay very close to each other since the spot where I put them is the less windy one (and my wife is already complaining about the space this is taking on garden/terrasse). Hopefully next season I will move away from big cities and I will have a much bigger garden allowing me to put greenhouse, etc.

But I don't know how it is in US, but early July sounds already late to start growing plants.

The picture is deceiving, rows are 24" wide along with the spacing in between. Its tight, guessing it will look like the greenhouse pic below if I am lucky. Plants will be diagonally spaced at 18" which puts them 24" apart in a straight line.
 
I have been following this guy in Romania, 9000 super hots outside, tomatoes and who knows how many super hots in the greenhouses. Also mixing in habanero plants in between the super hots for a better yield, fingers crossed.

Almost ready for transplant. The heat index and work being busy is slowing the process. Hope to have everything transplanted within a week. Spacing is 18" diagonal and 24" inline. Removing current shade cloth and adding another to it for better coverage. 245 plants will go in now and the balance of 98 reapers and 98 scorpions next spring, totalling 441 plants in the ground. We will also have an additional 50 ghost, 50 reapers and 50 scorpion in 15 gallon pots that will be available for sale once mature.

245 plants in the ground, now we wait. Rain forecast the next 3 days, hopeful that doesn't kill them. We will finish covering the raised rows and wait for next spring to plant those 4 with an additional 196 plants. Also picked up 160 15 gallon pots from a local nursery to grow additional mature plants for sale next season.

This is what happens when you are a rookie, have a last minute epiphany and passion drives you. Hopeful it will be OK through the winter. Some years this part of TX does not freeze, fingers crossed. I purchased freeze cloth 20'X50' and will have heat lamps inside the structures.
