Tridents Bonnet Set - Season 4

Forth season bonnet and their hybrids grow .... a couple of varieties to come ... thanks to Smoke (C2C chilli forum) who posted them on Monday ... most listed have been in the propergator's since the 7th January. Thanks to all that have helped me to continue with my bonnet thread without your help I would not have been able to have listed so many varieties this season. Especially pleased to get back seed from Justin - White Hot Peppers which I sent him last season to get refreshed ...... will update the late arrivals and no shows

Looking good John! I wouldn't worry too much about the MoA Bonnets that still look short. Mine have always looked that way until transplanted outside. They lengthen a bit between the nodes then, but are still the shortest and bushiest of my Chinense varieties. They have the thickest leaf canopy too and the pods like to hide underneath. Cheers!

Thanks Rick the plant on the left is from your seed stock .... Tortoise and the Hare scenario... let's hope they all produce large pods worthy of the MoA challenge

Andy I thought you might have joined your parishioners back in Jamaica... Black River Bonnet doing really well ... from the bags you sent number two produced four seedlings and I kept the strongest which is pushing along nicely. If the River is as good as your Schnieder Farm it's a win win situation.... thanks again and I hope my seed dose you proud

Thanks Paul .... yes spring is on it's way and I can't wait ... daffodils are out, evenings are getting lighter and the clocks go forward an hour at the end of the month ... soon her dining room table will be holding the first trays ready for their hardening off ....

Fingers crossed John! :)  Thanks for mentioning the Bonnet challenge. If you hadn't I wouldn't have known about it.
 
 
We all end up with spares and I except that there is a time to either bin or pass on to others ... I work on the phylosophy that it's " survival of the fittest " that I keep however I often wonder if the spare little ones get a good home .....

The tray of spares were destined for my hydroponic shop



This past weekend I visited the shop to see how they were doing .... they certainly have put on some growth noticed a few nutes burns I think the staff are trying to push them on following the "weed" cycle



Now if I ever wanted a plant to end up in a set-up this is the Rolls-Royce of homes ...
