Trim bad leaves off of shocked Carolina reaper baby plants

The stems on some are still erect but the leaves are wilted and dead. Should I go ahead and trim them off to keep them from harming the lil ones?

Plants that young can't handle complete defoliation. They don't have any energy stored in their roots to fuel a new flush of leaves. They will probably succomb to disease before they get things going again. If, by some miracle, they were able to, they would be set so far back that you'd be better off just starting more seeds instead.

seedlings that young don't require much water and are easy killed by airflow (fans) or over watering.

To bright of light or heat could be an issue as well.

Place a clear disposable drinking glass over the top of the other creating a humidity dome next time, until it has a more robust established plant.

Like others have said....that little guy is toast.
