I have some Trinidad Perfume seeds that I am looking forward to growing next year. I was wondering if anyone has any pods that I could buy from them. I'd like to sample them. Can anyone suggest another low heat or heat free chile that has an awesome flavor?

Big Jim are awesome when roasted, heat is pretty mild.
 
I use them make Colorado pork Green Chili and we use it on everything from scrambled eggs to burgers.
 
Jimmy Nardello are pretty great, no heat.  I am not giving up my pods of them either...  They are great raw, grilled or fried with just a touch of sea salt.
 
I do not think anyone that I have taste them have ever disliked them.... Great all around pepper for almost everyone.
 
Brazilian starfish and bishop's crown are 2 low/no heat varieties my wife and I just tried that we both love. Great flavour.
