Hey synobyte, it's actually illegal to ship fresh produce internationally through the postal service. Customs would confiscate them instantly, and whomever shipped them could be fined, and possibly jailed.

How would Customs know what is in the package?

They wouldn't necessarily, but usually they ask what's in the package in the declaration form you fill out. It wouldn't be ethical or honest to lie about such things, that's where I was coming from. I'm not sure of the procedure at customs, but I would imagine, also, that they have X-ray machines like at airports to screen packages before they cross the border. I am not sure of this, however.

I received the pods in the mail today. This auction clearly said it was for 10 Trinidad Scorpion pods and 10 Naga Morich Pods. The box only contained 4 trinidad scorpion (one of which was half rotted) and 2 naga morich.
