trouble

  You need to be more specific with what your using for the process. Otherwise people are just taking shots in the dark. Where did you get your seeds, what medium are you using, what kind of warmth or heat are you providing, how much are you watering, etc etc.
 
Sorry, some of them were started almost a month ago, some were started in a miracal grow seed starter. Some were in plastic bags with wet paper towels. A majority of my plants have started have already started in growths. Almost none of my supers took off. The only ones that really did where my ghosts. I had them all on a heating pad 24/7 checked the bagged ones every few days and transplanted seeds as needed
 
Some were from a guy on here that i bought some off of. Some were from a guy online can't remember the name off hand but seemed reputable. Other seeds of hos g erminated just fine after a few days to a week or so.
as far as watering. Just as the soil begins to dry or doesn't look moist. I know not to drown them
 
I had some seeds in a plastic container with wet paper towel directly on a heating mat.  They didnt germinate after 2 weeks.  I started new and did zip lock bags and wet paper towel and elevated them off the heating pad thinking the heat was just to hot.  About 2 days after I took the plastic container off the heating pad, every seed hooked or started to hook... fuck me running.
 
I would take them off the heating pad and see what happens for a week.  If nothing, than you maybe cooked em.
 
When I started my reapers last year i had a few that took over a month to finally stick their heads out though.

Are you using a thermostat with your heat mat. You could be frying your seeds if not. Super's like a very specific temp between 80 and 90. And that's soil temp not ambient.
 
I have a thermometer but it's sits on top of my cups to make sure it's not getting to hot on my sprouted plants. I will pick up a regular thermometer today,to stick in there so I know I'm getting a consistent temp.
 
I don't use a heat mat or anything for germinating supers. I just throw the seeds in a damp paper towel, put the paper towel in a zipock, zip the ziplock 3/4 shut, then throw it in a dark closet for a week. I usually have 100% germination rates this way, assuming the seeds were viable to begin with.
