soil Trying to identify what is on the soil surface

Hello all,
Do any of you know what these tiny light-brown round formations are (varying sizes)?  No sign of aphids, or any other problem.  I only bottom-water them, since they were transplanted into these beer cups, I have only given them water, no fertilizer or any other additives.  The soil is fresh Pro Mix, and it's on the soil of all of my seedlings.
Please, let me know what you think it is...and if I should do anything about it.

LOL! As much as I enjoy magically delicious food, does anyone have any idea what's on the soil here?

It seems to me a moss of sorts. I would not worry about it.

Weird friend. I use pure pro mix and never seen that. I seen green algae, but not brown.
