Any experience with these? Allegedly, they range from mild to hot, depending. Is it just a lot of genetic diversity within the population, or is it just unusually susceptible to growing conditions? How do they otherwise taste? (the number of Indigenous American varieties in my garden is lower than it should be, and I was to fix that.)
