well... one of my plants got a "tan" ... but the other leafs are white and dead looking, will it pull through?

is the white come from your water? looks like calcium trace on leaves
dont water the foilage but the soil

the leafs are also quite flimsy, like boiled lettuce

Looks burnt up, but should make a recovery. Get some air movement around the plants if you can.
i have a desk fan in the grow room (closet)
as long as the other leaves are ok i think you will make it thru
