Nice selection, and an excellent sauce to boot! He also has lots of open bottles for taste testing.

We got to chatting about how he got started making hot sauce, what we like in hot sauces, and exchanged favorites. Located in the market district in Washington D.C., well worth the trip. I spent almost $200 there!
