Unknown pepper, labeled chocolate hab

Name says it all, I have it labeled Chocolate hab, but pretty sure it isn't. Unless they go to brown after this color

Looks like it might be a cross between a choc hab and a non-chinense but hard to say what.  Where did the seed come from and what else was the seed provider growing that year that might've crossed?

Might be a bih jolokia (if it was picked early). I cannot tell from those pics. Hot hot and what kind of flavor do they have?
