Yeah.... don't think I would risk it when dealing with amounts of chillies some of you guys do! Getting my fingers stuck into a handful of superhots is one thing...........
I did the same thing 2 weeks ago. My hands burned the whole night but no big deal. I hate using gloves as my hands are too small for most of them anyway. Will probably do it the same way next time I process peppers
