video Using cheap video-softbox as grow-tent

I realized that I own 2 stes of video lights from ebay that I bought for 60GBP. I wonder if I could use them for my seedlings. They have 5 sockets each, with 5500K/40watt/60hz bulbs. Have a look at the imgur album. How far would you put the lights? The temp is at 22C, should I fire up the heat-mat?
