Using drink cups for transplants

i bought a 100 2"X2" square pots about 3 years ago on e-bay. have worked great inside of 10X20 tray easy to water & move.

My plan this year is to go from peat pucks to 3.5" square pots, to 1 gallon nursery containers, to 5 gallon. If I have a few that I choose to overwinter, they might go into 7 or 10 gallon as appropriate.

Exactly what I did, and so far all of my plants that I was planning on over wintering are doing great. Outside of the recent storm this week I just let them outside and they are still producing fruit. Not a ton of fruit, as I cut them back quit a bit, but all of my plants kept growing throughout the year.
