found this site after a guy on another forum mentioned it. looks like theres a lot of folks here who share my obsession. im out in utah where its a little difficult to get a great harvest of peppers, but we get some decent loads when the weather is good.
not into peppers so much for the burn (although since it makes food more interesting, thats definitely part of it) but more for the flavor. no amount of herbs or seasonings will make up for the flavor of a good jalapeno or habanero.
anyway, im glad to have found this site and hope to share my pepper growing experiences with you all.
