What's wrong with growing Jalapeno's? It is a mainstay around here. I make tons of jalapeno jam and jalapeno rib eye poppers on the grill can't be beat.

Long live the Jalapeno!

I was serious.  I just made a batch of jalapeno jelly!

I've always been interested in growing baccatums but never got to it, so this year I'll be growing baccatums only. Nothing fancy, just aji amarillo, rainforest, pineapple and bisshops hat.
I'm very curious to know what the taste will be like.

Sofar only the pineapple hasn't germinated yet...

Cool to meet a fellow belgian on this board, hi Marc!

I'll be growing my Cherry Bombs, not just any Cherry Bomb but the larger elongated shaped ones. I eat them pickled, in relish, or made into sauce 5 to 6 days a week! I'm also excited to grow out the Secret South African, because I'm always searching for the "next" perfect pickling pepper.
