Vietnamese variety

Can anyone identify these peppers? They came from a Vietnamese couple. Her mother brought dried flaked peppers from Vietnam. I don’t expect it is anything special, but if they use it I assume they are good to cook with.

I thought there was over a thousand Thai varieties - or look like Thais Chris?

They look a lot like the Thai peppers I fell in love with in prik nam pla.  You can buy seeds at a lot of places.  They grow well here in Virginia and make great spicy vinegar's 'cause they are skinny and fit into the bottles easy.
