one I was a bit overzealous with the amount I took. After I finished the video sauce kicked into overdrive, milk and iced tea barely did anything, just had to ride it out.
Overall Heat - 9/10 Very hot but not to overwhelming. Dies down after about 5-10
min to almost nothing. Oil coats the mouth and tongue and a little bit in the back of the throat.
Taste - 7/10 Very tasty first half second before the heat kicks in. Flavor is gone in place of pure heat. Vinegar is not very prominent which is a plus.
Best Uses - Chili, Sauce/Reduction, in the pot as rice/pasta is cooking.
