I just finished reviewing and voting. It took me about an hour also. There were a couple dished I hadn't even seen. Everything looks SSSSOOOOOOO gooooood!
JungleRain, you should be getting more votes! You did a great Sweet&Sour dish. Unfortunately, I think the photography is hurting your votes, not the dish itself. Don't give up on TDs. You'll figure it out and get a crown eventually as the food is definitely crown-worthy!
Also- I noticed several people used their own products in their dishes- AJ, DuvallDave, Coach, myself, and I saw some Heartbreaking Dawns, and stuff from Buddy, probably a couple others I missed- I liked that.

I think tofu is a scary concept. I've never tried it but you got my vote since seafood makes me ill and I can't eat it
Had to flip a coin on the seafood one 
I voted based on if the two entries were placed in front of me and I had to choose only one to eat, which one would I honestly eat. It can be really tough on people who have put a whole lot of effort in. But if you get a silver medal in the olympics no one considers you a loser. Some of these dishes were really close.
Your tofu dish was on the cutting edge....risky concept, ahead of the curve.
If we weren't all such a bunch of drunken yahoo's you'd have probably cleaned up!!
