It would have been hilarious! I was going to make a chard/Melba dressing and stuff a Cornish hen just like a tiny Thanksgiving turkey......then display it on a huge platter in the middle of a fully set diningroom table with my best china. ;)
 
Boy Howdy, there was some real creativity out there in this one. My vote was down to two the LB's pullett and SB energy hen. I love a good stir fry, but SB's presentation was great and the shrimp with the chard capped it. Congrats to everyone and here's to your first Crown (hopefully) SB :cheers:
 
I must say SB I've never tasted one of those energy drinks, they don't come in 12 packs, cases or 30 packs that I've seen yet. :beer:
 
I hear you LC. They come in four-packs... much like the way the Frydad household buys their Busch Light tall-boys.

The best I can explain the taste to you about Red Bull is that it seems (ostensibly) to have a dominant citrus flavor.

It married well with the salty-hot-sweetness of the teriyaki glaze.
 
Great job everyone! For me, it was a tie between Buddy's and SL's entries. Lately, I've been getting more into Italian food, so my vote had to go with Buddy's Lasagna!
