LOL - that's exactly it - the flavor is totally killed for me when BP's on it. And if you don't like the flavor, why bother?

This was a great TD, there was nothing there that I would complain about if it were served to me in a restaurant (well mostly )

In the end I think of German food as upholding a long tradition. Presentation is nice, but it's not the key. So I think Chile Juju hit the nail on the head with her plate...nice job to everyone!
