What the heck does JHR know about anything hot sauce related?

I mean really, PIZZA? How hot can a pizza be?
Anyway, I have enjoyed JAG's sauces for what it is worth and I try to pick up any sauce that doesn't list "aged cayenne/red peppers" as an ingredient. If they can't name the pepper, they can't bring the pain of the pepper.
IMO DefCon makes one of the best if not the best Wing Sauce out there... (He has awards to show for it) plus he is a pretty good feller' and a member here too
