Yeah, I try to either cold pack, or just not seal them. (keep them in the fridge) Nothing worse than soggy pickled anything. Blecch!

I'm not going to have a lot of seed stock this year. I've whittled down to just what I like. Which is basically, Wiri Wiri, Rocato (from fatalii in Finland), Red Dominican Habs, Aji Amarillo, Brazilian Starfish, and a few novelties. I have Red Penis, Turbo Pube, Red Rocoto, and Rocoto Arequipena.
