Looking for St. Helena Island Acorn seeds. The five seeds I had failed to germinate, so I'm on the hunt to get them in as a late start this season. I would be happy to trade or SASBE. Feel free to PM me.

Did you try scarification? I had galapagoense not germinate after 6 weeks, scarred them by removing a bit where the tap root would usually stick out, and the day after 5 of 8 germinated. Wouldnt hurt to try.
 
Didn't try anything much out of the ordinary with these. I did give them a 24 hour pre-soak in a diluted chamomile tea solution. Still nothing. . .
 
Are those from the island St. Helena in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean? And is that a Chile Pepper? It looks an awful lot like one, but my eyes may be deceiving me.
