There is a nice picture of it on the cross country nurseries site (chileplants.com) in the very hot section, and here is their description of it...
YUQUITANIA - very hot; 1.25 to 1.5 inches long by 0.375 to 0.5 inches wide; medium thick flesh; matures from pale green to orange to red; pendant pods; green leaves; 18 to 24 inches tall; Late Season; Uses: Mexican Cuisine; from Mexico; tear-shaped; C.chinense. In my web searches I found a few people commented that it tastes really good, so I wanted to try it.

I have 5-6 more seeds already packaged of Aji Yuquitana if anyone wants them for a SASE. :) I accidentally lost the original seeds I was going to send the original poster. I found the ziplock bag later. Might as well put them to good use. lol.
