my name is sabine and i'm from california. i really love making hot sauces. i mostly made an account here because i heard you could order boxes of rare/publicly unavailable peppers directly from growers, and i think it would be real fun to make hot sauces out of peppers i've never seen before. i hope to talk about different hot sauce recipes with people here, too!
