Water Inside Peppers?

Is it Normal to find Water inside a Pepper? I pulled out a few Nagas and 1 Bell pepper and all of them Had lots of water in them, I drank all of them and the water wasnt even spicy (nagas) but the Peppers were Intolerable

I just picked some peppers and they also had a little water in them. Thought that was strange, thanks for reminding me. I was wondering what that was all about. I'm growing mine hydro I don't know if that makes a difference.

I recently knocked one of my fully grown (but not quite ripened) yellow 7 pot pods off the plant and hung it up to ripen. I went to check it the next day and noticed it was a bit too close to its light source. The outside was turning brownish rather than yellow. I pulled it down and began cutting away the "cooked" part to try again and noticed a pool of liquid in the bottom. Well.... curiosity got the better of me & i drank it.

It tasted lime a yellow 7 pot and definately had some heat. Not nearly as strong but no doubt: it was warm! ;-)

It didn't need a light source to finish ripening. In a brown paper bag with a banana peal they are happy.
