Any one have a good place to get colored wax for dipping bottles?

Maybe the Creator will see this and have some good advice. Defcon bottles are dipped in wax.

Just look up cheese wax, usually the best and cheapest.

There really isn't nothing to special, heat...dip...cool down....

Just make sure your ok with a pot to put the wax in and have something the wax can drip onto just in case the wax falls off the bottle as it cools down.

Try Crosby & Baker in Massachusetts, they sell good quality wine bottle wax in bulk.

And it seems that it would be poured on top, not dipped ?

Cheese wax was is pretty easy to get, can I use that ?

An absolute pain in the arse but thats part of the asthetic lolI dunno what its worth can't find the invoice maybe 10 or 15 dollars a kilo but that does heaps of bottles.To be perfectly honest I wouldn't use it on normal high volume turn over lines just limited stuff, it look s pretty cool but.
chees wax may be too soft maybe? I dunno might experiment.

It does look very cool on your Quadrophonic, I agree not something for high volume sauces.

I was just curious on how well it stuck to the bottle.
