i had the good fortune of trying Kevin's hot salt last year. it is unbelievable! i shamelessly tried to re-create it - i didn't even come close. it is great on literally everything.

Got my powder yesterday, eating them now. Like always, they're amazing. Loving the smoked powder, what a wonderful smell. People seriously need to get on this. It's just too good.
