These new powders sound really good man! If they're anything like Yummy Yellow and House Favorite they gotta be good. The Super Smokey 7 and Shirt and Thai sound on point.
I hope you still have some left later. My In-laws just bought me a boat load of powder for my birthday.
Just realized I still have some Hot Salt left... Just bought limes... Sounds like a few shots of Patron are in order!
 
Made some Biker Billy Jalapeno poppers for this weeks tailgating festivities at the Illini game. Stuffed them with a combination of cream cheese, monterey jack cheese, bacon, green onions, and some of Kevin's Super Smokey 7 powder. I must say that it may be the tastiest batch of poppers that I can remember making. The Super Smokey 7 powder gave them a perfect combination of smokey flavor and heat. Can't wait to fire up the grill! Well done Kevin - this one is a big thumbs up. Can't wait to try the others.

Received my Super Smoky 7 & Shirt and Thai today. I could smell the smoke when I got to
my mailbox. Haven't tried them yet but I'm sure I'm going to love them. Thanks for the samples too.

All I can say is wow!
If ya'all haven't had a chance to to try these powders do yourself a favor and get some. Great heat and awesome flavor!
The hot salt is awesome rimmed on tequila shots or on Bloody Marys.
The Super Smoky 7 is epic and full of flavor... still sweating a bit from dinner and lovin it!

Buddy.... I gotta try those poppers with the Super Smoky 7. They sound right on!

Terry, The Rainforest is Smoked Congo SR 7s , Very nice smokiness, not as hot as the Super Smoky 7's,,but still very hot! :)

Kevin - I am literally using Shirt and Thai or Hot Salt Revisited on everything that I cook. The Shirt and Thai may be the finest chile powder that I've ever tasted. The smoked Biker Billy poppers that I made were a big hit at last weeks tailgate party - doing them again this week. Well done!
