did you start from seed? was it bought as a seedling? what kind of pepper plant was it supposed to be?

No, it just grew in an empty space in my garden. I think it's a hybrid

Baccatum I would bet.

If it's localized to a single flower then I wouldn't credit it as anything more than an anomaly until pods form.

Update, all the plants on one side are yellow. There are two plants and one plant has yellowish flowers
