We’re gonna need a bigger boat

Should I transplant these to bigger pots yet? They’re in a Walmart seed starter bed. I gonna grow them in five gal. planters . I live in zone 6B so it’s too early to move outside . I have pint size planters to use . Also is the soil from last years planters good or are all the nutrients gone? I used a lot of expensive ingredients so I hate to chuck it

They look like their ok for now transplant wise.
Changing soil is debatable, problem is depends on your city water and the mineral deposits that builds up in the soil, so if you have lots of chemicals and stuff it might not be worth to keep it, also you could mix in some fresh soil to the old soil.

Yeah, I agree with Neil. I usually mix my old
potting soil with some fresh stuff and compost
when i have it. The left over roots make a good
organic for the mix.

Seedlings look good. Are you feeding them, yet?

At this stage, some 1/2 strength fish fertilizer or
something like that. Maybe a little Cal-Mag or
Epsom Salts, also half strength.

If those are peat germinating plugs, They probably
don't provide any nutrients to the seedlings. Actually
any fertilizer you have will work as long as it's not to
strong., mixed at half strength to begin with.
Some folks on the forum use Miracle Grow.
