What are these cut little ornamentals

There are a few that look like that.Some are hot,others aren't.
Candle/candlelight,Medusa,Riot,Ali,burning bush(Maybe,don't remember pod color changes),Giovy,maybe coral reef,not sure.
That's all I can think of that I've grown,and if my memory is right,most are similar peppers,coogle them and decide. LOL

could be Medusa. they look like mine. i uploaded a pic of mine in my recent glog update if you want to see for matching 
the medusa didn't have any heat, and has the same leaf shape, pod color changes, and flower as what you described and showed in the pics if my memory serves correctly.

I was just gifted a chilly chili that looks the same. I tasted it and no heat what so ever but its cool looking. He also had medusa that looked just like the chilly chili not sure the difference.
Ummm, there's a woman's feet sticking out from under the seat in the third picture, down there with all that plastic.

Maybe it's just a comfortable way to cruise around, stuffed under the back seat.....with plastic wrap.... 
If you look close you can see a leg towards the top of the pic.. Your close to it being a dead body tho. Its my 15 year old daughters foot.Wustenfuchs said:

ahahahaa I love this place.. thanks all for the thoughts.. consensus is my daughter as fert has sprouted a medusa/ Chilly chilli.. good stuff. I will let you know of the flavor heat and so on. Thanks again
ahahahaaaa its unfortunate she had on grey leggings to match the grey interior of the car... My stomach hurts im laughing so hard
