pests WHAT BUG IS THIS?

hey folks, i'm here for more help! would you mind taking a moment and checking out this beetle and letting me know if i should leave them alone or make these things my female dog. this is the best pic i could get. it is pretty small and has a greyish color with black spots on it. thanks.

definitely not one of those. thanks for the input, though. it looks more like a beetle. the flash made it look whiter than it should. it's more of a grey with black spots

Compare to a Mealybug and see if that's it.

Try Glyptoscelis squamulata or Grape Bud Beetle.
