pests What bugs are these?

Hello.  I posted about this in my glog but it doesn't get alot of updates so I figured I would post here as well. 
 
I saw these on a CAP691 that I still have in a small container.  The plants have been outside for awhile now.  Looks like insect eggs of some sort.
 

 
Here is a slightly different angle.  Should I be cleaning this up and removing these egg-like thangs?

Pretty sure that's lacewing eggs, they eat aphids. I'd leave them.

Give that man a prize!  They are lacewings and, Malarky is correct, also.  They are some of the good guys!
 
This site even recommends tolerating small outbreaks of aphids to encourage visitation by lacewings.

Definitely lacewing eggs.
