What can I do with fallen rose petals?

I have a ton of rose petals that I collect from my flowers after they fall off. Is it possible to add these to food dishes? Or is it possible to just let them dry out and leave them in a bowl around my home?
 
Put them in a dehydrator if you have one. Then make a tea, or add to deserts or even dip them in chocolate (really nice, BTW). Or, leave them around the house for a nice smell.
