Seeing as it's really hot, it could also be 'Red Caribbean'. "The Complete Chile Pepper Book" by Dewitt and Bosland, describes it as:Â
"...400,000 SHU ... Plants produce heavy yields of slightly wrinkled pods, 1 3/4 inches long by 2 inches wide. Pods turn from a light green to bright glossy red when mature and have the same distinct flavor as the habanero"Â

Although the Red Savina was reported as being as hot as 577k SHU, it only averages 250k SHU, which is not that much more than the typical orange habanero at 200k SHU.

But yours do look a little bit more pointy -- so maybe Red Savina after all?Â
